I am now retired. But there is always a call for people to work in the cherry orchards (June-July), stonefruit (July/August), and apple orchards (September/October) in eastern Washington. I don't know the contact at the Dept. of Agriculture anymore. But you might contact the Washington Growers League.February 2013
I have read few times you work (ed?) for WA state.
Would you please tell me more about farm summer job?
Evergreen sophomore is needing summer job and place to stay. No second language. Have done physical labor past few summers and the Deep Springs finalist.
I can receive PM but not able to send.
Thank you.February 2013
Hey, you once commented on a question I had over choosing AU or Maxwell syracuse. With the maxwell offer being a full ride and the AU offer, costing me around 20 k in loans per year.
Syracuse would allow me to take classes and internships in DC for the summer and fall term. Do you think that AU's school name and program is so much better than Syracuse, that I should pay an extra 40k for?May 2009
