Harvard's General Education Requirements

Hi all!

I have some questions on Harvard's General Education Program.

1) What exactly is a half course?
Is that a course that only lasts for half a semester? If so, can you take one after the other in one semester?

2) I read that there are full courses that fulfill two of the General Education requirements. Are there courses that kill three Gen Ed requirements?

A half course lasts half the year, or one semester. Most students take four half-courses (classes) per semester. Most classes are half-courses.

Classes that could be used to fulfill multiple gen eds specify that they will only fulfill one gen ed or another, but not more than one.
