2013 MDPT Results?

eccedentesiasteccedentesiast 3 replies1 discussions Forum Champion
I took the MDPT on Saturday, May 11 @ 2 p.m. I believe it was only for incoming freshmen. The proctor said the scores would already be available on Tuesday, but my results haven't showed up on BroncoDirect--well actually on the alternative link they've provided since the site's down--under the "view my test summary" section :(
Is there anyone who's having the same issue? Do you think it's because of the system failure they're currently having?

Hmm, i think there should be more scores under the composite part, this is what I got:

MDPT - Composite except TG- 35.00
    Exponents and Radicals- 4.00
    Functions- 4.00
    Geometrical Applications- 6.00
    Linear Equations, Inequalities-9.00
    Logarithmic and Exponential Fu-3.00
MDPT Composite Total for All- 41.00
    Polynomials- 3.00
    Rational Extressions, Graphs- 6.00
    Trigonometry- 6.00

Here's a link on how to interpret the results:

From the charts, it seems I need to take Math 112 first before I can take Math 114/130 :(

For the test results to the MDPT found in Bronco Direct, you need to go to "view my test summary" and under "test ID" type in "MDPC." The results will be there! Good luck :)

Yeah, I didn't click view all so I didn't see everything :p I got a 45 total, 38 without trig, meaning I can start with math 114/130 or math 120.

Tried reading the MDPT scores page on the CPP website, couldn't figure it out, my score sheet on BroncoDirect doesn't have all the same scores that that site mentions, could someone that understands the scores let me know what I have to do, I'm assuming they're not so great as I never took Pre-Calculus/Trig Thanks!

    MDPT - Composite except TG
    28.00
    Exponents and Radicals
    3.00
    Functions
    3.00
    Geometrical Applications
    7.00
    Linear Equations, Inequalities
    9.00

SgtMustang, click "view all" in test summary to get all your scores from the MDPT. There should be individual scores like the ones you listed, a composite one without trig, and a composite one with trig.

MDPT - Composite Total for All

If I'm reading this right, this means I have to take Algebra again right? Intensely annoying if I have to take a fourth year of Algebra now...took Algebra 1 twice because I got scared into it by counselors even though I had passed, and Algebra 2 I made it through with a B and a C a year ago.

Always been a Geometry guy, I always found it far more logical (and useful) than any advanced Algebra. Algebra has only made sense for me in a programming context.
